Yes. When you raise a return, choose Replacement instead of a refund.
- For clothing and footwear you can pick a different size or colour of the same product.
- For everything else the replacement is the same item.
- The replacement ships as soon as the original is picked up, at no extra charge.
- If the replacement is out of stock, we refund you instead.
A replacement appears in your orders as a new order with a total of ₹0, linked to the return.
