Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the Kuki Oven website and mobile app, operated by Kuki Oven (“Kuki Oven”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must be 18 or older, or use Kuki Oven under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your password and one-time codes confidential and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately at p.sharma6287@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

2. Products and prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. We work hard to show accurate descriptions, photos, prices and stock, but errors can happen. If a product is listed at an incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it. We may cancel an order that we cannot fulfil, that appears fraudulent, or that exceeds per-customer quantity limits, and will refund any amount paid.

4. Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card number, CVV or UPI PIN. You may also pay by cash on delivery where available, or with Kuki Oven wallet balance and Kuki Oven Coins.

5. Delivery, cancellation, returns and refunds

These are covered by our Shipping policy, Cancellation and refund policy and Returns policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Kuki Oven wallet, gift cards and Kuki Oven Coins

Wallet balance has no expiry and cannot be withdrawn as cash. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from issue, can be redeemed once into a Kuki Oven wallet and are not refundable. Kuki Oven Coins are a loyalty benefit with no cash value outside Kuki Oven; they expire 12 months after they are credited and may be reversed if the order that earned them is cancelled or returned. We may change or withdraw the coins programme with reasonable notice.

7. Referrals

Referral rewards are for genuine referrals of new customers. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and other abuse are not rewarded and may lead to rewards being reversed and the account being suspended.

8. Reviews and questions

Reviews, photos and questions you post must be your own, honest and lawful. We may moderate or remove content that is abusive, misleading or infringes someone's rights. You grant us a licence to display the content on Kuki Oven.

9. Acceptable use

You may not misuse Kuki Oven: no scraping, no attempts to breach security, no fraudulent orders, no reselling of items bought for personal use in commercial quantities.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
