Enter your pincode on any product page, in the cart or at checkout. You will see the delivery date and whether cash on delivery is available. Orders cannot be placed to pincodes we do not serve.

Free on orders of ₹499 and above; ₹49 below that. Cash on delivery adds a ₹29 fee.

Not after the order is placed. Cancel the order (free before it ships) and place it again with the right address.

Open Account → Orders. You can also share a tracking link that shows only the status — no address or price.

UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking and wallets through Razorpay; cash on delivery up to ₹25,000; Kuki Oven wallet balance; and Kuki Oven Coins for up to 20% of the item total.

Your bank reverses failed payments automatically, usually within 5–7 business days. Your order stays open for a short while so you can retry the payment from the order page.

Yes. Payments are handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. We never see or store your card number, CVV or UPI PIN.

Yes, free of charge, any time before it ships — the whole order or individual items.

7 days from delivery for most items and 10 days for fashion. Groceries, beauty, skin care, fragrances and digital items are non-returnable unless damaged, wrong or faulty. The last date is shown on every order item.

To your Kuki Oven wallet: instantly. To your original payment method: 5–7 business days after the refund is initiated. Cash on delivery orders are refunded to the Kuki Oven wallet.

Yes. Choose “Replacement” when raising the return. For clothing and footwear you can pick a different size or colour.

Store credit in rupees. Refunds can be credited to it instantly, you can add money to it, and redeem gift cards into it. It never expires.

You earn 1 coin for every ₹100 spent on items, credited when the order is delivered and usable once the return window closes. 1 coin = ₹1. Redeem at least 50 coins, for up to 20% of your item total. Coins expire 12 months after they are credited.

Account → Wallet → Redeem gift card. Enter the code from the e-mail; the full value is added to your wallet.

Share your code from Account → Refer and earn. Your friend gets 100 coins after verifying their e-mail, and you get 200 coins when their first order is delivered.
