Buying and redeeming Kuki Oven gift cards

Buying

Choose an amount — ₹250, ₹500, ₹1,000, ₹2,000 or ₹5,000 — add the recipient’s name and e-mail, a message, and optionally a date for it to arrive. Gift cards are prepaid only and cannot be bought with coupons or Kuki Oven Coins.

Redeeming

Go to Account → Wallet → Redeem gift card and enter the code from the e-mail. The full value is added to your wallet in one go and can be spent on anything.

• A gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Each code can be redeemed once. Treat it like cash — anyone with the code can redeem it.
• Gift cards cannot be returned, cancelled or exchanged for cash.
• For your safety, redeem attempts are limited to 10 per hour.
