How does cash on delivery work?
Available on most pincodes up to ₹25,000 with a ₹29 fee. Digital items and vehicles are prepaid only.

- Cash on delivery (COD) is available on most pincodes for orders up to ₹25,000.
- A COD fee of ₹29 is added to the order. The fee is not refundable.
- Gift cards, vouchers, downloads and vehicles are prepaid only.
- Pay the delivery partner in cash or by UPI when the order arrives.
If your Kuki Oven wallet covers the whole order, nothing is collected at the door and no COD fee is charged.
Refunds for returned COD orders are credited to your Kuki Oven wallet instantly, because there is no online payment to send the money back to.
